Data controller
The party responsible for your personal data (the "controller") is:
Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates
Data we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide, plus limited technical data needed to run the site securely:
- Enquiry data — when you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message.
- Correspondence — any further details you share when you email or speak with us.
- Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and time of access, kept briefly for security and to keep the site working.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we do not use the site to profile or track you across other websites.
Purposes & legal basis
We process your personal data only for clear purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To operate and secure the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it available and safe.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where these apply to us.
We process data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and — where you contact us from the EU/EEA — the GDPR.
Who sees your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
- Service providers — acting on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. These currently include Formspree (processing contact-form submissions), Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) and our email provider.
- Legal requirements — where we are required to disclose data by law or a competent authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and the EU. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) so that your data remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that results from it, and thereafter for as long as required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period only. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Keeping data safe
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected and to limit who can access it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, or ask us to stop processing it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, write to info@venturion-consulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add cookies or further tracking in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
